2 - Too many snacks (without following the usual meal time)

3 - A genetic origin, also called hereditary (due to improper metabolism of fats or sugars)

4 - A lack of physical activity, sedentary (couch potato).

5 - Stress: indeed, this state can promote weight gain, this process is linked to hormones released by stress (cortisol, epinephrine) that may influence on various processes of weight gain as the desire to eat.
